Services
We offer the following professional services:
- Live English–Portuguese interpretation (in-person and virtual)
- Certified document translation
- Medical interpretation
- Legal interpretation
- Language coaching (English and Portuguese)
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline a booking if we cannot accommodate the request.
Booking & Payment
When you book a session through our website:
- Payment is required at the time of booking
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund
- Late cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price
- No-show: If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, no refund will be issued
- Legal interpretation: Requires 48 hours notice for cancellation due to preparation requirements
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur fees.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality in all interpretation and translation services. Information shared during sessions is not disclosed to third parties. In medical settings, we follow HIPAA guidelines. In legal settings, attorney-client privilege is respected.
Accuracy & Liability
We strive for the highest accuracy in all interpretation and translation services. However:
- Interpretation is provided in real-time and may not capture every nuance of complex or technical discussions
- Certified translations are accurate to the best of our professional ability
- We are not liable for decisions made based on interpreted or translated content
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Stael Fogarty and Vyn Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
Third-Party Services
Our website uses third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), and Meta (advertising). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
