Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Stael Gissoni ("I", "me") collects when you use staelgissoni.com, why, and what I do with it. Short version: only what's needed to serve you, never sold, deleted on request.
1. Information I collect
- Booking + inquiry forms: name, email, phone, organization, and the notes you provide.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card number. Stripe's policy: stripe.com/privacy.
- Calendar: if you book a session, Google Calendar stores the event details (time, Meet link, your name + email).
- Analytics: anonymous pageview data via standard web analytics; no personal identifiers.
2. How I use it
- To schedule, prepare for, and deliver the session or translation you booked.
- To send receipts, calendar invites, and reminder emails tied to your booking.
- To reply to your enterprise inquiry or general question.
- To keep records required by tax authorities (invoices, payment history).
3. Confidentiality
Everything shared during an interpretation or translation engagement is confidential. I sign NDAs on request, and a HIPAA BAA for healthcare clients. Records tied to a specific engagement are retained only as long as required by law or the client's procurement policy.
4. Who I share with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google — calendar + Meet.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- No one else. I do not sell or rent your data.
5. Your rights
You can ask me to delete or correct anything I hold about you at any time by emailing hello@staelgissoni.com. I reply within 5 business days.

The site uses essential cookies (session, language preference) and anonymous analytics cookies. No advertising cookies.
